We also contract to build projects which have already been conceived and designed by clients who desire to hire a respected, qualified contractor to manage and construct the project. The type of contract between the project owner and the general contractor can be tailored to suit both parties. Once the contract is signed, our primary focus shifts to communication with client, and execution of goals.
Building custom homes is our specialty. We apply our extensive experience to help the owner develop and construct the dream home they envision. Our services include recommending architects to the owner. This is a critical first step in an attempt to marry the owner's tastes, architecture and chosen home site.
We then work closely with both architect and owner to finalize all details of the project. Finally, we effectively manage and communicate all aspects of building the final product. This ensures an efficient, surprise-free job, as well as happy and satisfied clients.
